29 years experience

I handle work injuries throughout the state. Claims have included neck and back fractures, many amputated fingers and toes, severe burns, carpal tunnel syndrome, and some unusual claims such as a traumatic neurosis caused when a convenience store clerk was robbed. Many cases have more complex medical issues. I have handled claims involving “compartment syndrome” and several claims involving “reflex dystrophy syndrome”. I have successfully represented workers on permanent total disability claims, vocational retraining claims, lost earning capacity claims, penalty claims against employers for failing to rehire an injured worker, and bad faith claims against insurance companies and employers.
I charge a 20% contingent fee on all worker compensation claims. That means there is no attorney fee unless I recover something for you.
